the Radiant abides by a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for all sessions. sessions not cancelled before this window will be billed in-full to the client. this is meant to keep our calendar available for clients wait-listed for a session, as well as to create an environment of mutual respect and consideration.

this is a firm policy and unfortunately no exceptions can be made.

 appointments are confirmed at the time of booking-- whether by fone, text, email, or in-person --whether a confirmation email is sent or not. if you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. for those running late, the Radiant reserves the right to cancel a session if the client has not arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled time. to prevent this from happening, please let us know if you are running behind.
Right of Refusal: we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. we seek to conduct all of our affairs with utmost professionalism, and appreciate individuals who are kind and patient in their correspondence with us.
